Women Lead Change

If you haven’t been to Women Lead Change (WLC)—or any other women’s conference, for that matter—we’d highly recommend attending. You’re rubbing elbows with hundreds of high-achieving, inspiring women who are all there for a shared purpose. Everyone is there to learn, and grow, and make new friends. Yes, yes, and yes!

We were lucky enough to speak to 150 WLC attendees, many of whom were students, about five steps for landing a mentor. We spoke about networking, building and nurturing relationships, and letting mentorships unfold organically. (If you have to force it, it’s probably not right…right?).
